Curriculum Vitae

I am a development economist working at the intersection of quantitative research and data engineering. My work centers on measuring governance, rule of law, and public opinion — turning survey and administrative data into evidence that institutions can act on.

Day to day that means designing sampling and imputation strategies, building reproducible pipelines in R and Python, and shipping the dashboards and reports that carry the findings to a non-technical audience.
